This beautiful tea pot encapsulates the aesthetic of wabi sabi (the Japanese appreciation of imperfection).

Fumika Miyake is a Japanese potter who lives in Okayama Prefecture. While most of her works are tableware, intended for everyday use, she also creates vases and other objets d'art which have been inspired by forms and patterns found in nature.

Size: Roughly 7.5cm ; H7cm. Please note: as the artist has created all his pottery by hand, each piece is individual and varies in shape and size. Also as each piece is glazed by hand no two pieces are exactly the same colour
Material : red clay, white makeup soil, transparent glaze, red iron oxide
